We used JoAnn Casali to both sell and purchase in the past; there was no other option for us to consider, as she was superlative in every way, and would only recommend *her* to others, regardless of where they might live in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. She was an exemplary listener, beyond attentive, very self confident, and exceedingly focused, but very calm -- which had a calming effect on us, which we needed! There is nothing negative to say about JoAnn. We were wonderfully fortunate to be able to use her again to sell our home. She would have been chosen to purchase another home for us, but, alas, Richmond, VA, is a bit too far we suspect!
Though not provided in the survey for a response, which is a bit disappointing, we want to say that ethical qualities are at the very top of our list of priorities, noting in that regard that JoAnn is a perfect example of someone who is extremely and vocally ethical -- while at the same time being among the very best in her professional capabilities and accomplishments.
We bemoan the fact that we must use another agent to make our next home purchase, but we will enter into a new relationship with clear and firm expectations of what we are looking for in an agent, and will insist that the person selected, though impossible to replicate, will behave in a way that would suggest that JoAnn is the person's North Star for guidance.

I'm a real estate broker in New Mexico, and it was time to sell my mother's home in Glenview. I searched for a broker that I could trust to handle my own personal business, and JoAnn was a perfect match. I wanted a full-time broker who worked with buyers and sellers personally - not a broker who farms buyers out to other members of a team. I believe a broker has to know both sides of the market to do the best job for their clients.
